Is Your Mental Clutter Holding You Back?

Let’s be honest—most of us aren’t overwhelmed by our stuff alone. We’re weighed down by the noise in our heads, our schedules, and the unrealistic expectations we put on ourselves.

Questions Worth Asking:

  • What am I holding onto that no longer supports who I’m becoming?
  • Where in my life am I choosing comfort over clarity?
  • Which obligations feel heavy—like they’re “shoulds,” not “wants”?
  • What would I do if I gave myself permission to let go?

Clearing mental clutter isn’t about perfection. It’s about giving yourself space to breathe, listen in, and move forward with purpose.
